Shipping policy
Most Eleveneven pieces are made to order through our production partners. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order confirmation email — we'll confirm this number once production lead times are verified. You'll receive another notification when your order ships.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking info to become active. If you haven't received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@eleveneven.com with your name, order number, and contact info, and we'll look into it.
What are the shipping rates and delivery options?
Rates and options vary by product and delivery address, and will be shown at checkout. General timing estimates after fulfillment:
Domestic Shipping
- Standard — 3–4 business days after fulfillment
- Express — 1–3 business days after fulfillment
- Overnight — 1 business day after fulfillment
Large & oversized items Rugs, large-format wall art, and other bulky pieces may ship separately from the rest of your order and can take longer to arrive due to freight handling. We'll flag this on the product page and at checkout when it applies.
